How does scheduling training work?

1  -  Intake

We meet via video or telephone, review your health and fitness history, discuss any specific goals you may have, and assess if our training will be a good fit for you and your goals. 

4  -  Fee schedule

We agree on a rate depending on our format and the number of sessions you'd like, and you submit funds through Venmo or Zelle.  Sessions are only scheduled and reserved once paid.  

2  -  Schedule

We go over each other's schedule, and figure out our mutually available times, as well as how often you'd like to train.

5  -  No contract

There is no long-term commitment.  I request at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.  Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the rate for that session.  

3 - Waiver

If and when you decide that you'd like to proceed, I'll email you a liability waiver for you to review and sign. 

 

This is required by my liability insurance carrier.

6  -  Refund policy

If you pre-pay for a series of sessions, you may stop training at any time and request a refund of unused sessions, prorated for the training rate of the number of sessions actually used.
