Hard at work with clients...

Training sessions are structured according to the client's goals.

If the client doesn't have goals, or doesn't know what kind of goals they'd like to set, we discuss their exercise history and lifestyle to determine a good starting point.

As the client progresses, goals are reevaluated and training sessions change to meet the client's needs.
What's a goal?

Examples of clients' goals:

"I want to keep doing this when I'm 90."

"I want to feel strong so that
I can take care of my kids."

"I want a rounder, higher booty."

"I want to feel good in tank tops again."

"I want to fit into my smaller clothes again."

"I want to be able to hold a plank."

Training is conducted at the client's home, at a public park, or virtually.

Novices who wish to train virtually will be advised to purchase a few fitness items to get started, usually starting with a mat, some resistance bands, and dumbbells.

Different goals can require different equipment.

The perk of private training is that the client's needs dictate the course of exercise.

We always meet ready to do a planned, structured training session. But the client's physical state will determine if we adhere to it, or modify it.

The only goal for me, as your trainer, is that you perform better than you have in the past.
You are your only competition.
